Shipping & Delivery

We ensure that our products are non-tempered in terms of quality until they reach our customers. Therefore, we follow a systematic Shipping & Delivery process for the convenience of our customers.

  • Once you place the order and we receive the receipt of payment, we initiate the process of dispatch. Usually, your package is dispatched within two days of you placing the order. Rest assured, all the packages are couriered via reputed national couriers that you will be able to track. We shall provide you with the link to track your package online.
  • The shipping charges that you pay include handling and packing fees as well as courier charges. The courier charges vary according to the weight of the package as well as the location. Also, we take special care to protect the fragile items and that the products reach you in a non-tampered manner.
  • We ensure that the boxes in which your products are packed are amply sized, and the items are well-protected.
  • We usually choose working days from Monday to Saturday 9 am to 7 pm to deliver the package. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you your package tracking information.
Cancellation & Returns

We, at Reviera Overseas, give our customers liberty to cancel the order placed by them. You can cancel an already placed order anytime by either going to the ‘order details’ or by calling our customer service. Once you cancel the order, we will refund the amount paid by you on that particular order. However, you need to cancel your order before the product you ordered has been shipped. Once the product has been shipped, we do not take any cancellation requests.

Also, if at any point, we suspect our customers of defying the Terms & Conditions of using the website, we can cancel the order, without owing any explanation or prior notice.
