Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the shipping details and a tracking link through which you can track the order.
You cannot change the order once place. However, you can cancel it before it is shipped, and place another order for the product of your choice.
You can cancel your order by going to the order details of the product, and clicking on ‘Cancel Order’. Please note that you can cancel the order only before your product is shipped.
The items once sold will be exchanged only in case of a manufacturing defect. Make sure you contact the customer support immediately after receiving the order to be able to take the exchange request forward.
